Custom Menu
-
Hi
I already created a custom menu but I’m having a hard time figuring out which pages should go underneath them
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes I am aware and already read the custom menu link
The menu is already created. Just trying to figure out which pages should go underneath them. I don’t really need a link I need advice and reasoning

Hi @koolbeanz247, generally people will put all the pages that they want visitors to have access to on their menu. If you have quite a few (looks like you have 18 right now), I would suggest thinking about some organization of those pages, and perhaps grouping some of your pages into submenus.

Yes thats what im trying to do but alot of the pages I have wouldn’t really make sense going under the About Me, About, Contact, Blogs etc.

You could keep what you have now in the top navigation, and then create a new custom menu with the other pages and then add a Navigation Menu Widget to your sidebar. The only disadvantage to that is that the sidebar moves down below the content on screens/windows 650px and narrower (basically mobile devices).
I have one other suggestion. You might want to set the number of RSS items showing in the RSS widgets you have in the sidebar to perhaps 5 or 10 maximum so that your sidebar isn’t so much longer than your content. People may not scroll down to see everything you have in your sidebar.

Ok. And one more question. My tagline doesn’t show on mobile only on desktop. Is it because the theme is retired or is that just how this particular theme works
-
And also im trying to create a second custom menu like you suggested with the other pages. But they don’t appear on the menu. I still want them to be on the menu but as a dropdown/submenu. But separately from the the About Me About Contact and Blogs pages

Hi koolbeanz247,

This behaviour is a feature of the Bouquet theme and helps to save space on small devices, so it’s not an issue related to your theme being retired.
I can’t see the Navigation Menu Widget in your sidebar at the moment. Would you be able to add it back again so I can see why it isn’t working.
You can choose to hide or display widgets on certain pages using widget visibility settings. These options will be available once the widget has been added through the Customiser.

I’m trying to create a second custom menu like @thesacredpath suggested with the other pages. But they don’t appear on the menu. I still want them to be on the menu but as a dropdown/submenu. But separately from the the About Me About Contact and Blogs pages
Is that possible or no

Then a second menu is not the way to go about it. A second menu can only be used if your theme has support for multiple menus.
If you want submenus, you need to add all the pages to one menu, and then click the Reorder link on the menus page.
Then use the arrows to indent menu items to turn them into submenus.
