Custom Menu deleting primary menu bar?

I have added custom menus to my blog since my theme only supports one menu. I created about 7 different custom menu widgets, however, the primary menu name “Meet Miss. Barry” is featured in everyone of the submenus (it looks ridiculous!). How do I delete it so that I can only add the categories I want in each custom menus? Can I do this? If not, do I need to use a different widget to create a submenu? My blog is bookwormturnsbaker.com. I’m not sure if I need to delete the main menu theme?

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Laura

I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking, but you’re probably confusing menus with menu items.
Check the Chateau demo, for example:
    http://chateaudemo.wordpress.com/
The tabs “About”, “How I Learned” etc., and “Page” are menu items. The whole group of tabs is your menu. Your theme supports one such group in the header area, not one item.
