custom menu link to project type has an ugly url

  My blog is blog.softulmeu.ro and I have the twenty fifteen theme.
  I have activated portfolio, I created a project type “proiecte de succes” and put some projects in it.
  I have a custom menu widget with link to the project type.My intent is to link to a page with all my projects and I understood this is the right way (have a project type and a link to it in my custom menu).
  All work fine. However the link to the project type page is an ugly URL: http://blog.softulmeu.ro/project-type/proiecte-de-succes/
  You can easily see a mix of two languages (mine is Romanian) and that mix is quite bad for SEO and for the look of my shares because the title of the page is “Proiecte de succes | Project type | Blogul softulmeu.ro”.
  How can I remove the “project type” part from my link and from my page title? At least how can I replace it with something that makes sense in Romanian?

  I see what you mean. There are no user settings available to make the change you are requesting, but I’ll let our translations team know about your request.

  Do I have any other way to create a page with all projects in portfolio than linking to a project type page? Like linking directly to portfolio?

  I made a direct link to portfolio, sadly the page title is now “Projects” and the Heading is “Archives: Projects”. Yet another translation issue I suppose

  It’s actually part of the same translation issue. We’ve reported the problem to the team that created the portfolio feature, and I’ll let you know when I hear back.
