Custom Menu Pages
-
Hello!
I have several green questions, hopefully they all could be replied in the WordPress.com level.1. Can I choose a specific group of links (e.g. by link category) to be the one shown in a certain page (e.g. post category) that is accessible via the navigation menu?
2. In addition to the former, do I have any control of arranging the page in the page level (one category to be like that, another one like that), including design (e.g. custom Header image)?
3. How can I set the default page (the one brought by clicking the blog’s name)?Thank you very much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. If I understand right, you want a different listing of link in the links widget on various pages. That is not possible at wordpress.COM.
2. If you are talking about having different designs on different pages, that is not generally possible. With some of the newer themes that have been added here, it would be possible to do some of that if you had a good knowledge of CSS and the CSS upgrade.
3. You can create a static front page, publish it, and then go to settings > reading and set that page as the static front page. If you plan on “blogging” then you will also have to create a “blog” page and set that also at settings > reading
