Custom Menu Widget
-
Hi there,
Just trying to figure out if the new Custom Menu Widget works in Andreas09
I have:
Cleared my cache
Created a new menu called “the goods”
Saved it
Added “categories” to it
Saved it
Checked the box to have it Automatically add new top-level pages
Saved it
Cleared cache
Then viewed site….Can’t seem to see it anywhere??
Just wondering if this new menu will appear at the top of the page or in a sidebar (left, or right) and if so how do I make it appear?
Thanks for the help
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In Appearance>Menus you can read: “The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar.”
In other words:
a) You can’t create a custom header menu in Andreas09.
b) Sidebar content is controlled in Appearance>Widgets. Go there, drag the Custom Menu widget to left or right sidebar, select the menu you have created, click Save. -

Google translation of post above by @mifotea (in Romanian):
hello, it would be nice if you make the text Winget accept any type of html code, because some are not accepted, and would be a good blog roll list of bloggers showing the last post (the title a few times) a list those who follow you (to give “follow” and you will show that follows you and you can watch it on others)
