Custom Menus

    Hi
    A friend kindly helped set up custom menus for me I wanted to try adding one of my own but ended up messing my blog up and think some are now categories, although you can see separate titles such as Home About My artwork I can’t post separately to each one and all my posts so far stay on the one page and I have a friend who has same theme as me and her post are separated under each menu or title how do I resolve it without ruining my blog as this is the second blog I had as I had to deactivate the last one due to endless issues I couldn’t resolve, wordpress seems far too complicated for something that should be simple, especially those who aren’t technically minded.

    Anyone who can help would be most appreciated …thanking in advance
