  If I want to buy a custom package and then maybe upgrade to premium, will I have to pay the $30 PLUS the $99, or can I upgrade and only end up paying the $99. If so, within what time period could I upgrade without the additional cost?

  I want to upgrade, but am not sure WHICH upgrade I want. If I pay for custom and then decide it’s not enough, could I change to premium and still pay a total of $99, or would it be $30 PLUS the $99?
