Custom Page Help !!!! PLEASE!

  Hello I would like to be pointed in the direction of either making this a widget or something

  Basically I would my site to have an IMAGE and then right next to it TEXT like the example below… I would like to make this a widget if possible or make this easily addable

  

  so i would have IMAGE (LOGO) HEADER, TEXT , IMAGE (FLYER) when you click on VIEW FLYER the image expands…
