custom randomized header

I uploaded my images and cropped and it seemed to be working fine, but now, a couple hours later, it keeps defaulting to the suggested header and I can’t get it to stay on randomized. It will save and it says it’s randomized, but it’s not. I’ve looked on two different computers and my phone. It’s the Gateway theme.
