Custom Reddle theme not showing for others.

  My blog should have a green striped background. I paid for the custom Reddle theme and it shows this way when I look at it on my screen. However, when my friend looks at my blog, the background shows as solid purple. any ideas as to the problem and can you tell me if you see stripes or purple?
