Custom Search
-
Hello,
I’ve search high and low for examples of this and I’m coming stuck, so here’s my best bet for a bit of help.I want to have a custom search box located across the site, but I need it to search for different fields. The attached picture probably explains it a lot better than I can – It needs to search through custom fields in WooCommerce products I think. The closest thing I’ve found is http://www.squidoo.com/taxonomy-picker-wordpress-plugin but I’m unsure if it will suit Woo products.
Hopefully someone can be of a help, it would be hugely appreciated!!

re: plugins
WordPress.com is a multiuser blogging platform. Our blogs are not free standing. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. There is no upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access and the ability to install plugins, upload themes, and/or edit templates and themes in a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

To use plugins you must hire a web host and then set up your own WordPress.org install. The WordPress.org support forums are at http://wordpress.org/support/
