Custom Search Widget

  Hi There, this is DReager1 once again. Is it possible to have a search bar that is already limited to a category? For example, in Admin mode, we can click on a category and then use the search bar. This way the results only pop up from that category. Am I able to implement that on my site so that followers can use it?

  For example: If they want to look up my Spider Man 2 review for the film without seeing the video game, they would search for it in a film search bar that is preset to only go through the films.

  There is no ability to customize any search widget on WordPress.com blogs.

  The WordPress.com search engine indexes post, pages, and comments content (body text). Unless entered as text in those contents, blog name, post titles, and post/comment author names are not indexed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpresscom-search/
