Custom Social Media Buttons HTML problem

  I put up some customized social media buttons at the bottom of my blog (they’re yellow). They show up perfectly but they aren’t taking people to the right place. If you click on them you’ll see what I mean.   Sorry, that html didn’t past right for some reason.

  this is the only way I can get it to paste without it coding like above. But I have the proper ending to close it as well. This is just the facebook button, but each of the buttons is with the same format after the href.
