Custom Tabs Application for Facebook

    Hello, I’m already using WordPress.com to blog. When I do, it post my post to Twitter and Facebook. Now I would like a custom tab in Facebook of WordPress.com to be able for my Fans from Facebook not only click to access a post but also to with this tab to access the entire blog directly. Is it possible? From Facebook it goes well but when I’m in WordPress can’t access it easily?!
