  Does WordPress.com Premium allow me to upload a theme a purchased from a third-party? I assume this is not possible with the free tier.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Unfortunately with WordPress.com you can not upload custom themes. It is possible to use custom themes with a self hosted WordPress.org site. For more information on theme options see this link
