  I have a custom theme that I build with Naked Theme. Is it possible to use it on my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, at WordPress.com you choose to activate one of the 372 free or Premium themes found here:-

  https://theme.wordpress.com/

  Anything you may have read differently refers to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  PS: Re your earlier unanswered question, when upgrading to a Personal, Premium or Business plan, the costs apply for one site only, not multiples. You would need one plan per site.
