Custom theme

    Hi

    I’d like to upgrade my wordpress and take advantage of the 20% discount.

    I already have my own theme that I have purchased and would like to use.

    It looks as though I am unable to use it on the ‘Premium’ Package?

    This is honestly the only deciding factor for me, so would just like confirmation before I make a mistake.

    I cannot do the business plan one.

    So if I can’t use my own theme, I won’t be upgrading.

    Please advise. I really look forward to hearing from you.

    Custom themes are only supported on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan, so you would need to upgrade in order to use the theme you have already purchased, on laraslifestylephotography.wordpress.com.

    Without the Business plan, there are still lots of lovely themes to choose from in our showcase — and the Premium plan includes an unlimited amount of Premium themes :)

    Thanks so much for getting back to me, I appreciate the feedback.

    I’ll stick with my free plan then, as $25 per month is a lot of money for a sideline hustle :-) Especially when one is earning rands!

    I’m not going to upgrade to Premium to spend hours looking for a theme….I haven’t built my blog up yet, so at this stage, it’s not worth it. $8 a month was do-able, but 25 is out of the question. If I could use the theme I had, then I would have taken a chance and upgraded.
