Custom theme color

  Hello,

  My custom theme colors are set to:
  #ffffff
  #000000
  #5f6f6d
  #dcc5ba

  However, the colors that show up are a royal blue and copper brown. How do I troubleshoot this?

  Hello, I have also tried changing colors but the header is still the original colors and not custom. Please let me know how to fix this!
