Custom theme from ThemeForest

  If I want to purchase a custom theme from themeforest, does it matter which membership to WordPress I have? Do i Have to have premium or business to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  Sites hosted on WordPress.com cannot install their own themes. If you want to use a theme that is not provided at WordPress.com, you will need to switch to self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org).
