Custom theme is gone…

Hi we had a custom theme for our blog, and it appears wordpress has wiped it from our site. How do we get it back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes cannot be transferred from wordpress.org sites to wordpress.com sites. Are you referring to purchasing a premium theme directly from wordpress.COM as described here https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/ ?

No, we had created our own theme… it’s been working fine for about a year… seems WordPress wiped it from our site. Perhaps they updated the version, and that broke our customization? Any way to roll this back on our site so we can reinstate or custom theme?

You are confusing WordPress.ORG software with WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
upload any third party themes,
create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,

There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
To install plugins or third party themes into a site then you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. You can’t install any theme that is not found at https://wordpress.com/themes/ into any site hosted by wordpress.COM. This guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform:

As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

OK, sorry… wasn’t a theme, but we had heavily modified the CSS to provide our own custom header and menus.. and this has been wiped out…

@justjennifer… checking to see if it has expired… thanks the the suggestion. If if did, is there a way to reinstate our CSS once we pay up?

Whoever is the site owner at phantomcybercorp.wordpress.com (the person who registered the site) will need to renew the Premium or Business plan that was purchased in order to continue using the CSS Customization features.

@justjennifer… you were correct… the card # we used changed since last year. We’ve paid to go back to premium and our customizations returned… like magic… ;-) THANKS!
