Custom theme need basic css help with header

    I do not have any formal html knowledge or experience. I am looking to widen the header so the logo moves more to the left and not inline with the slider. Also as I plan to put one more menu section in but when I do it goes under the ‘Contact Us’ menu option. So I want it to go to the right of the contact us and it will be a phone number.

    The site is http://www.globaldesigncorp.com/ can anyone help me adjust this header so items can move across the left and right more?
