  Hi,

  Is it possible to installed custom themes on wordpress.com ? or for example if I have my own themes that I would like to upload or installed in wordpress, how to do so ?

  Is there any other free webhosting for wordpress that allows to install custom themes.

  Not on either flavor of WordPress.
  .COM has free hosting but as airodyssey said, not possible to install custom themes.
