Custom Upgrade – fonts and colours not saving

  Hi,
  I have a couple of weeks left of the custom upgrade with this blog but I am unable to save changes to fonts and colours. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

  Could you elaborate what happens exactly when you try to save the changes in the customizer?

  Do you see the blue Save & Publish button at the top right corner of the customizer sidebar?

  Have you tried to clear browser cache and try?
  Have you checked in different browsers?

  Thank you for trying to help.
  I have the same issue with Firefox so don’t think it’s a browser issue plus when I make changes that are available without the upgrade, they are saved and displayed as I would expect.
  The ‘save & publish’ button is there and when I press it, it seems to save ok as it then changes to ‘saved’ and my customized site is still displayed as I want but when I click away from the customization page and view site, the uncustomized site is displayed.

  I have recently transferred the custom design upgrade from another of my blogs to this one – in case this is the issue.

  Further to the above, when I am in the customisation screen, and I choose the font or colour menu , I do get a message that says, this is a Premium feature and to purchase to make it live as if I haven’t already purchased the custom upgrade.

  As I see you have at least two different blogs, I’m thinking you bought the upgrade for one, and are trying to use it on the other. It doesn’t work that way; upgrades are per blog.

  I did originally purchase the custom upgrade for another blog. But there is the facility to transfer your upgrades to any of your other blogs and so this is what I did. If I look at my blog (then one with the issue) it says I have the custom upgrade attached to it. So there shouldn’t be a problem.

  Thanks for taking another look. Yes I am. The customiser screen displays the chosen fonts and colours but when I leave the customiser, it reverts to the non-paid-for changes only.

  I took a look at your account, and see that Custom Design is currently active on paleseptember until 3/11/2015.

  This site, ashantiyogadraft.wordpress.com, does not look like it ever had the Custom Design uprade.

  Which site are you trying to make font and color changes to?

  I’m not sure where you were able to see the Custom Upgrade associated with my Pale September site.
