Custom Upgrade Not applying to new blog….

  I payed for the customizing upgrade but it’s only working on one of my blogs. do i have to pay for the upgrade for each blog i have?.. i couldn’t find the answer in the support area.

  All upgrades are per blog. Do you want us to move the upgrade to another blog instead?
