Custom color problem
I purchased the custom upgrade and I can’t change anything that is mentioned in the tutorial. It changes one color. I have the Pretty Young Thing template. Am I not able to change those default colors? Is there a theme that is more flexible? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I checked your Custom Design page (Dashboard > Appearance > Custom Design):
https://wordfireinmybones.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-designAnd it says that the theme doesn’t support custom colors. You have two choices at this point, and you can decide on your level of expertise:
*If you’d like to select colors by clicking a button (like how you were able to choose the one editable color in this theme), you should choose a different theme.
*If you’re comfortable editing CSS, you can keep this theme, and switch to your CSS editor (same page as above, but switch to the CSS tab), target the attributes you’d like to update, and then make the CSS live. This requires a bit more expertise, but you may be able to find a lot of help searching the forums! Additionally, since you already have the upgrade, you can give this option a try first, and if it’s not to your taste, you can later always switch your theme with no harm done. :)
I hope that helps!

Hey! Thanks so much for the help!
So yesterday I changed my theme to a free one and was able to switch colors. I’m just sad that I bought the $75 theme because it didn’t do what I wanted… it’s too late for a refund, I think.
Also, sorry this is confusing, but the ‘wordfireinmybones’ blog is a private blog I have with some writing friends, but thefireflyhook is my personal public crochet blog and that’s the one I was trying to work with. I REALLY don’t want to do CSS. I wanted to custom upgrade because I thought it would be easy peasy. Live and learn:)

You have 30 days to cancel a premium theme and receive a refund! I don’t see the premium theme on your account, so it must be attached to one of the other administrators of the site. That user can go to the Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and can click “cancel and refund” next to the premium theme.
I hope that helps!
