Custom URL not allowed to be listed in Gravatar Verified Services

I changed my wordpress url to a custom url. Now I cannot add the custom url or the wordpress url to verified services in gravatar. How can this be fixed?

You should be able to add your site to Gravatar from your WordPress.com profile page. Here’s the link:

Thanks for your reply, but I am trying to add my wordpress site through “verified services” on the gravatar site from here: https://en.gravatar.com/profiles/edit/?noclose#verified-services and I keep getting this response:
No blogs found
Either your WordPress blog is not responding, or it’s not listing any blogs against the account details you entered. Please check that the username/password you entered are for an account which is associated with at least one blog.
I have tried entering in both the wordpress url and the custom url. Thank you for your time.

I tested this further, and there does seem to be a bug. I was able to get a self-hosted WordPress site to connect, but not one of my sites hosted on WordPress.com.
I’ll let our developers know, but in the meantime, having your site added the way I showed you below is more important, as that’s where websites are pulled for your profile page (https://en.gravatar.com/nalahverdian)

I spoke to our developers about this, and they recommend adding WordPress.com sites via the websites link, rather than verified services. Here’s the direct link.
