custom url option now not available

  Hello. I want to attach a link to an image in a post via the media library. I used to be able to go to the media library, select an image, look at “Attachment details” and put a link url in the “Url option” field. However that field and option is no longer available!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you using the classic/old editor or the “new” Beep Beep Doom editor?

  Try with the classic/old.

  It’s weird. I can use this option from the classic editor.

  I tagged this thread with the modlook tag for Staff assistance.

  I was unable to replicate the issue you describe. Could you please make sure your browser is up to date and clear your cookies and cache.

  If that still doesn’t work for you could you provide us with browser information and a link to a specific post or image you’re not able to set the custom URL field for.

  It seems to be working now! I don’t know what the trouble was.
