  I just signed up for the word press business plan and it’s supposed to allow me to adjust my URLs to be a custom and for some reason the option is not there can anybody advise?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I see that you contacted us via live chat shortly after posting here, and we were able to help you with this. I assume you’re all set now in this regard. :)

  I noticed you added a domain connection to your WordPress.com site, but the domain is still not pointing to your WordPress.com site.

  Whenever you’re ready to use the domain with your WordPress.com site, please make sure to either add the WordPress.com nameservers to the domain or use our IPs. This has to be done on your domain registrar’s end (where the domain is registered).

  I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site?
