Custom URLs for downloadable assets

  I have uploaded two downloadable assets to my content library, but would like to customize the URLs that show up in the browser window when my users click to download them. They currently display as:

  Click to access content-title.pdf

  I would like it to display as:

  Click to access content-title.pdf

  Is there a way to do this with wordpress.org?
