Custom user registration
-
Hi there,
I am quite new to this so apologies if this is a stupid question. I want users to register to use my site but only if they have a certain email. (from my organisation) I can’t seem to find any plugin to help with this, any help appreciated!
Thanks!

You can set this up through a free contact form. Add the contact form to any page or post on your site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/
When someone submits that form, it will be delivered to the designated email account (your choice). From there, you can send whatever email you need back to the user.
Does that make sense?
You can use passwords on your content, so that information could be conveyed to anyone who has signed up in that email that you send in response to the contact form.
The other option is to keep the site set to private. This way you have to manually approve anyone that requests access to the site.
