Custom wordpress theme

I purchased a custom wordpress theme package from elegantthemes.
How do I add it to wordpress? I can’t see the black customization column on the left that is shown in lots of videos.

The authors have deleted this site”That was a bit drastic. You have now lost that address for the foreseeable future. As you have already purchased a theme that can’t be used here and can only be used on a self-hosted WordPress.org site you may want to investigate the following link:-

Yea, thanks. I did find out that .com and .org are different.
But I do plan to use another domain, that’s why I deleted that one.
