Custome user registration in a WordPress site

  Hi all,

  I am building a website, where I need users to be able to register / sign-up, then login / logout etc.

  Does anyone have good experience, or recommend, 1 or more plugins that will meet the following key requirements:
  1) Custom registration form
  2) Modal dialog for user registration and login
  3) User should be able to login using their social networks credentials, e.g. facebook, google+, yahoo etc (oauth2)
  4) Uses captcha as part of registration
