Customer Account Creation

Hello,
I recently started to use WordPress to create my website for a business however I am not seeing if it’s possible for customers to be able to create an account to save payment/shipping information, previous transactions, etc. Is this something that is offered by WordPress or a plug in? If this is something that can be done, is it included in the subscription with wordpress.com or would it be done via plug in?

You would need a plugin, like WooCommerce for that. Plugins are available on plans Business and eCommerce. You can compare both plans here:
