customer account problem

  hello,
  dear sir/madam,
  my self sofiezubair, i made an account with hostinger.com, i bought the hosting and domain, i was accessing/editing my website http://www.alltopstf.com through hostinger’s wordpress dashboard, but since last night it’s error coming in hosting’s dashboard that can’t connect to WordPress dashboard,
  it’s all because i have problem with http://www.alltopstf.com/wp-admin, i can’t reset my password either, it’s an error coming to seek assistance because there is none registered account with http://www.alltopstf.com,
  my help me as, my user name and password was same ,
  please if you need to confirm any futher details i’ll be happy to provide you, thank you,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
