Customer can’t edit their information on they my account page

  Customer can’t edit their information on they my account page

  I have a WordPress-Woocommerce page and when a customer registers and then enters the my account page with the shotcode [woocommerce_my_account] they cannot edit or access their data, only the hello message appears.

  I already checked the following:

  • Check user permissions.
  • Check if it was not the user role (customer, reader, subscriber or administrator.
  • Install different log-access plugin.
  • disable and reactivate plugins
  • change store themes.

  Please help, I’m seriously thinking about starting over.

  Hey there,

  Thanks for reaching out – I’ve taken a look at this and I can see what you’re saying there.

  It looks like the account page is set to be the account page for both WooCommerce and Ulimtate Member, so I suspect there to be a conflict there.

  If you were to create an account page for UM, and assign this as such – do the fields for WooCommerce appear?
