Customer can't unsubscribe from our blog

Hi there,
A customer of ours is very frustrated they can’t unsubscribe from our blog despite multiple attempts to do so.
From the email he forwarded us, the unsubscribe links are ones that direct him to unsubscribe on WordPress and manage his email settings on WordPress.
Can you provide us with steps he can take (or whom he should contact) to help resolve his issue?

Hi @sarah32cf03551f, we’d be happy to help! Is he able to reach out to us here by responding to this thread?
If he’d rather not, one thing I have seen is that if he’s logged into some other WordPress.com account, the unsubscribe links for another account might not work. So, he could try opening the unsubscribe link in an incognito window. That’s the likely culprit, and he should have no issue unsubscribing there. If it doesn’t work, though, we’ll need to know which account is affected so we can take a deeper look.
