    Hello, I can’t seem to find a WordPress customer care on this website. Does it exist? I have not used this paltform and have several questions, based on my particular business model. But I would prefer not raise these issues in a public discussion. Thanks!

    Thanks for responding? This is a public discussion, right? So, I will ask only general questions. The main questions are as follows:
    1.My website is going to host a significant quantity of short videos (first, hundreds, but then potentially, thousands of videos, 2-5 minutes each, viewed potentially by thousands of customers). Does WordPress allow free and unlimited storage and bandwidth? The WordPress website states that you allow maximum 200GB storage, starting from the Business package. However, the Jetpack site states that you do not have any limitations on storage and bandwidth. So, which of this information is accurate? If the latter, would your unlimited bandwidth ensure a good quality streaming, for a significant number of customers (e.g. what if some videos had more than a million of views)? Are there any formal or informal limitations?
    2. For this type of a website, to which platform should I subscribe (VideoPress, WordPress, or Jetpack), or is this the same service? Which package would be the most optimal one for this development stage, which would allow me to design a beautiful website, and test your key features, including video hosting and e-commerce? If I later choose a more expensive package, will I have to create my website design from scratch, or will additional features be added to my website design?

    The WordPress.com Business Plan does have a 200GB storage limit, though I’m unaware of a bandwidth limit.

    I can check on Jetpack, but do know it’s a service that works with your host, so its limits will depend on your host’s limitations. So for Jetpack on WordPress.com, you’d have a 200GB limit with a Business Plan.

    I noticed here it says there’s a 2TB soft limit:

    I can say though, whether you host here or elsewhere, if you want to upgrade to something else, that’s doable without having to start the site over from scratch. So if you had a Premium plan now, you could upgrade to Business later for extra space + support for plugins.
