customer complaint about google multiple listing of her name

A woman is quite irate ..shecontacted me having discovered that when she googles her name (having commented on only one of my posts) several several of my posts come up that she did not even comment on, with her name attached. I told her I would try to find out why this is happening. Can somebody please point me in the right direction or tell me if is this my problem, or is there anything i need to do? Or is this for Google? I have never had this kind of problem before. Have apologized & tried to explain it is not anything I have done. Please help. She is threatening to tell FB.
