Customer Forms

  Our new website has customer inquiry forms that can be filled out. On our old WordPress operated site we would receive an email when a customer completed the form. With this new site, we are not receiving any emails. We are trying to figure out where the disconnect is.

  Homepage

  When you go to “Trained Dogs” then “Dogs for Sale” if you click on a dog it will take you to an application. Once filled out…ideally, it would email us (our old site did…also WordPress) the application…we receive nothing.

  Same if you go to “Shop” then “Aly’s Puppy Boot Camp” – if you say you are interested in a package…we don’t get emailed that information either.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support at https://www.gravityforms.com/ directly, as you’re using their contact form plugin on that site.
