Customer has entered the wrong billing address

Hi
A new customer has bought some gifts to send to a friend but has accidentally registered as the recipient, entering both the billing and shipping addresses as the recipient rather than herself.
It’s an honest mistake and there isn’t any attempt at fraudulence.Payment has been transferred by Paypay, but they’ve notified me that the account address doesn’t match the billing address so it isn’t secure.
Am I able to manually amend the account details and billing address on this order, or should I cancel the order and ask the customer to start again?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and also run some different version of themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
