customer header image error

  when i try to load an image for my custom header using the theme “The Morning After,” i keep getting an error message: “Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.” I’ve tried everything… sized it exactly, different file formats, etc. Help!

  I just loaded my test blog with this theme. I created a .jpg image header in Paint of exactly 960 × 70 pixels and uploaded it as a header without any difficulty at all. Please try these tips:
