  A customer filled out our form through our website but I never received it. Is there a way to forward customer emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  One other tidbit we noticed is it looks like your contact form may be using a plugin called Ninja Forms — every plugin in the WordPress plugin repository has its own support area. Search the plugins here for Ninja Forms: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ — once you are on the plugin page look in the right sidebar for “view support forum”.
