Customer Login, Vendor Login & Registration on the same page?

  Hi, can I put both vendor & customer login and registration on the same page? If so how do I do that?

  If not, I’ve currently got a login page but not a registration page. I’ve allowed anyone to register in settings but it’s still not coming up?
