Customer number

  I’m in the process of transferring my domain from wordpress.com to a hosting site so that I can use wp.org.

  I now have the option to decline/accept the transfer. Obviously I would like to accept it and have it go forward asap. However, when I try to log inon the domain manager my username is wrong (even though I can log into here very easily) and I don’t have my customer number.

  How do I find the login info for this service?
