Hi I’m trying to retrieve my customer number of username so I can access my registrar account https://sso.secureserver.net/?app=mya& in order to change my name server. How do I do that?

Hi there,
If you buy a domain through us, you manage it through My Site ->Domains only. There is no secureserver.net login that you can use to manage your domain.
However, you don’t own any domains on WordPress.com. You had a domain with us, thegblog.org, but you cancelled that domain two days ago so you no longer own it. That domain has been removed from our system.
If you still want to use that domain, please let me know and I can email our registrar to try and get it back. Otherwise you’ll need to wait for the domain to pass through the redemption process and be released by our registrar. This will take several weeks, and it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be able to get the domain back at the end of it.
