Customer Order forms

    Hey; I was wondering if you can help me, I have an online site and for some of my customers I’m not getting a email that they have ordered. And some I have gotten an email, can you help me fix this issue? Also on my dashboard it doesn’t even say that the orders have gone up either, thank you

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact support for the contact form plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
