  There is no phone support. There are millions of WordPress.com bloggers and many in any given day request support. If you have purchased an upgrade then you can contact Staff directly using this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ This is a peer support forum. Here Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver support. Here Volunteers answer most questions and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention. That has been done. What’s required is your patience.
