To clear up the confusion:
You currently own the blog address: http://henrystetinadotcom2.wordpress.com/
The domain henrystetina.com has been registered (at GoDaddy) by somebody else, unless this person is you, you can map the domain to your WordPress.com blog.
To do so, go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there. Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

I don’t have a blog with godaddy. So let me get this straight.
I can create a blog with any URL that I want and after I purchase the domain mapping upgrade and attach henrystetina.com to the blog, it will be found when people search henrystetina.com? This makes sense. I must have done this in the past. I will have to try this again and see what happens.
What will the website URL name be as someone is viewing my page? Will it appear as henrystetina.com or will it appear as the other URL that I will need to create before the mapping??
Will it be easier to transfer my domain to be hosted with wordpress? My hosting subscription with godaddy expires in a month anyway.

That’s correct, if henrystetina.com is yours, you can map the domain name to any of your WordPress.com blogs. If you do that, your visitors will only see henrystetina.com as your primary domain address.
We currently don’t take incoming domain transfers. You can keep the domain at GoDaddy, but cancel the hosting if you’re planning to map it to your WordPress.com blog.

Yes, that is correct PROVIDED you are the person who owns the domain which is registered at Godaddy. You just attach the URL to the blog here with the domain mapping upgrade and as long as you keep the annual fee paid you set henrystetina.com to be the primary URL and both that and http://henrystetinadotcom2.wordpress.com will point to your blog.
