  And to add to @realsimpleway’s reply, if you happen to be talking about the currently offline terriblepokerface.com then that site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com but with SiteGround. The WordPress.org software has its own support forum. Links for .com and .org support are found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

It’s assumed that we help others for altruistic reasons ie. that we are actual volunteers who do not expect any click through to our site benefits.   I have read the whole terms. I now understand what and what isn’t allowed. I didn’t know the second time (earlier) was promoting our services. So, we’ll stop, and will tell my team as well!
