  Hi there,

  What is the website url you need to cancel?

  Below link shows how to delete website.

  Delete a Website

  Please note Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address

  You can also Empty your site if you wish to start over from scratch keeping current WordPress.com address
